i)        Preparation of Monthly D.C.B.

ii)      Review on collection of all items of revenue i.e. L.R.,W.R.,Stamp duty.,Regn.fees and Excise revenue.

iii)     Various correspondences relating to collection of revenue.

iv)    Preparation of revised DCB and Demand of all Tahasils. 

2. Annual Verification of Tahasil Accounts.
3. Settlement of Sairat sources of the District.

i)        Approval of upset price and confirmation of sale.

ii)      Review of sairat sources.

      4. Assessment of C.B.and Rabi Water Rate.

i)                    Joint verification of ayacut areas.

ii)                  Wrong assessment of water rate etc. 

      5. Write Off/Remission Proposals.

      6.  Correspondences on Minor Minerals, Permission to new stone crushers, removal         of   forest produces, rent receipts, realization of royalty and public complaints   relating             to all the subject.

       7. All types of reports and returns on collection of revenue, sairat sources,       Assessment   of C.B. and Rabi water rate, write off/remission etc.
