1. Collection of Excise
Revenue towards Consideration Money/Licence Fee/ Excise Duty from the
Excise Shops (i.e. IMFL, Country Spirit & Bhang) shops by issuing
licences in Nayagarh District.
2. To meet the demand of the liquor consuming class people by
supplying them quality liquor from the licensed liquor shops and to avoid
possibility of liquor tragedy by consuming adultered liquor by the
consumers from the illegal sources by conducting regular checks/raids at
the I.D. Prone areas.
